A 10-week programme to design your own journey
Do you feel like something needs to change in your life, but you’re unsure where to start?
Are you afraid of taking the wrong step or feel alone in your journey?
I know exactly how that feels.
I followed the path society laid out for me. Earned two degrees, a master’s, and worked with respected organizations. I learned languages, explored different jobs…
But nothing seemed to be quite enough or what I was looking for. I kept feeling there was something else, something different that wasn’t reflected in what I saw around me. I felt lost and lonely at times and kept asking myself – Is this it? Why do I need to choose between being well and happy and the work I do? What’s the meaning of all these things I’m doing?

I lived with these constant questions.
Gradually, I realised my moments of deepest connection and alignment came in nature – exploring, living adventures, and reflecting on who I was and how I related to the world around me.
Through these moments I started designing my own journey. I left the conventional path that had been established for me (from your degree to the top) and decided to explore the wild paths that allowed me to fully appreciate the view.
I learned and developed the courage to reconnect with my values, and I understood what my purpose was. What made me feel alive and connected. And Wild Paths is part of that journey.
What’s Wild Paths?
Wild Paths is not your typical self-development programme. Wild Paths is where everything I’ve learnt over the years comes together – in my personal journey and through working with others.
It’s a space to reconnect with your values, understand your purpose, and create a meaningful path forward, all while developing a deep sense of connection with yourself, others and nature.
It’s a practical and intensive course in which you will:
Reconnect with your values and align with what matters to you
Understand your purpose
Cultivate a sense of belonging and shared learning within a community
Develop a clear roadmap for personal and professional development
To do all this, we’ll use tools and frameworks inspired by positive psychology, coaching psychology, systems thinking and eco-psychology.
You’ve probably felt that...
- You live in automatic pilot, disconnected from your values and what really matters to you.
- You are fulfilling everything that society expect s from you, yet you still feel empty and unsatisfied.
- You are tired of being highly productive all the time without having space and time for yourself.
- You deeply care about the world and feel overwhelmed by everything that’s happening.
- You’d like to feel well but don’t know how.
- You seem trapped in an environment that separates you from nature and its cycles.
- You don’t seem to fit in the actual system or society’s expectations.
- You ask yourself – is this all there is? How can I bring meaning and purpose to what I’m doing?
This programme is for you if...
- You want to reconnect with yourself and others at a deeper level.
- Rediscover and reconnect with your purpose.
- Create meaningful relationships around you.
- Learn how to design your journey in alignment with nature’s wisdom.
- Design your own path and learn how to put it into action.
