A 10-week guided journey to walk your own path - with clarity, intention, and care.
Do you feel like something needs to shift in your life – but you’re unsure where to begin?
Maybe you’ve tried doing all the “right” things. But something still feels off. You’re tired of the pressure to keep going, the noise of comparison, the fear of taking the wrong step. You want to feel more connected – to yourself, to nature, to a path that actually feels like yours.
I know that place well.
I followed the path society laid out for me. Degrees, Master’s. Work with respected organisations.
I kept moving forward… but quietly wondering: is this it? Why does it feel like I have to choose between wellbeing and meaningful work?

Over time, I noticed something: the moments I felt most alive, grounded, and clear were in nature.
Exploring, resting, journaling, living simply, and getting curious on how I wanted to show up in the world.
That’s when I stopped chasing the answers and began designing a different kind of journey.
I stepped off the conventional track and started walking the wild paths – the ones that felt more honest, more cyclical, more alive.
Wild Paths is part of that journey – And maybe it can be part of yours too.

What’s Wild Paths?
Wild Paths is not a typical self-development course. It’s a guided 10-week journey designed for people who feel called to live more intentionally – but don’t want another prescriptive model that ignores your complexity.
It brings together everything I’ve learned over the past 10+ years – through research, practice, and personal transformation – to create a supportive space where reflection, nature, movement, and community come together.
It’s a place to pause. To reconnect. To begin walking your path with more clarity, courage and care. Wild Paths is a deeply supportive process in which you will:
Slow down and notice what's quietly asking for your attention
Explore purpose without pressure
Develop practices that support everyday wellbeing
Gather a compass - instead of following a rigid roadmap - to navigate with more clarity and trust
This programme combines experiential practices with frameworks from positive psychology, coaching psychology, systems thinking and ecopsychology.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You’re moving through life on auto pilot – disconnected from your values and unsure what really matters anymore.
- You’ve checked all the boxes that society laid out for you… but still feel empty, restless, or unfulfilled.
- You’re tired of being in constant productivity mode, with no space for rest, reflection, or simply being.
- You care deeply about the world – but often feel overwhelmed by its complexity, stuck, or unsure how to make a meaningful impact.
- You long for a sense of wellbeing that doesn’t require splitting yourself into parts – but are not sure how to bring it all together.
- You feel cut off from nature and its rhytms, like your days are shaped by screens, speed, and expectations.
- You don’t quite fit into the systems around you – and you’re not sure you want to.
- You keep asking yourself: Is this really it? What if there’s another way to live – one that feels more honest, more alive, more me?
And if you’re ready to…
- Reconnect with yourself and others in a more honest, meaningful way.
- Rediscover a sense of purpose and direction that feels true to you.
- Cultivate relationships that nourish and support your journey.
- Align your rhythms and choices with the wisdom of nature.
- Walk your own path – with more clarity, intention, and trust… then Wild Paths may be the space you’ve been looking for

Week 2
Mapping the terrain: Reflecting on your current path and your place within broader systems.
Week 3
Listening within: Cultivating self-compassion and connecting with your strengths.
Week 4
The body knows: reconnecting with the body’s wisdom through movement and embodied presence.
Week 5
Meeting uncertainty: Tools for sensing, grounding, and navigating the unknown with curiosity and courage.
Week 6
Nature as guide: Slowing down and receiving insight from the more-than-human world
Week 7

Why this price?
Wild Paths is the result of years of experience, research, and care. This 10-week journey weaves together evidence-based practices from positive psychology, coaching psychology, systems thinking, and nature connection – all held in a small, intimate group with personalised support.
Your participation includes over 20 hours of live facilitation, a 1:1 integration session, and thoughtfully designed materials.
This pricing also makes it possible to run the programme ethically – ensuring fair compensation for collaborators, keeping the group size intentionally small, and offering fully-funded places to those who need them.
I’ve chosen a price that honours the depth, professionalism, and integrity of the experience, while keeping it as accessible as possible.
For now, the price is set at a lower rate as a gesture of gratitude for those joining early on this journey. Future editions will reflect the full value of the programme as it continues to evolve.

Hi I’m Elsa Selva!
For over a decade, I’ve been exploring the space where self-awareness, community, wellbeing, and nature meet – and how that intersection can support meaningful, sustainable change.
I hold degrees in Law and Journalism, a Master’s in Wellbeing Science, and I’m an accredited coach. I’m also currently pursuing a PhD focused on transformative group work exploring how we can reconnect with ourselves, each other, and nature.
My work blends academic research with lived experience – rooted in curiosity, care, and a deep respect for the natural world.
Wild Paths is part of my own journey – an invitation to step off the beaten track and walk in a way that feels more honest, more alive, and more aligned. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
Frequently asked questions
Is it compulsory to attend all live sessions?
No, it’s not compulsory – but it’s highly recommended. The live sessions are interactive and much of the richness comes from the shared reflections, group presence, and spontaneous moments that can’t be replicated through recordings.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes – but only the facilitator’s input and group instructions will be recorded (no breakout room discussions). Recordings will be available for one week after each session.
Is there any financial support?
Yes. I offer a few fully funded places for those who may not otherwise be able to participate. You can request one directly through the registration from or reach out by email for more details.
How many people will be in the group?
The group will be intentionally small – up to 14 participants – to ensure a spacious, personalised, and inclusive experience.
What are the online sessions like?
Each session combines guided reflection, group connection, and creative practices. They’re designed to be nourishing, not draining – with a rhythm that support presence rather than pressure, and avoids the fatigue of traditional online formats.
Will there be 1:1 support?
Yes. In addition to the weekly group sessions, you’ll receive one personalised 1:1 session to help you integrate the experience and explore your next steps.
