Innovative content

Our content is crafted with the Earth in mind and our heart: Each month we gather for experiential learning sessions and heart sessions, both connecting you with the wider communities, systems and Earth. All activities have been chosen carefully, including evidence-based tools and community-building frameworks from the fields of Positive Climate Psychology, Eco-Psychology & Coaching Psychology to create a regenerative community experience for impact professionals.

Month one: Connect

Our journey begins with a deep experiential exploration of our connection to each other and our individual and planetary wellbeing. We aim to counteract the common feelings of loneliness, doubting your level of impact, and feeling overwhelmed. Experience new connections with your tribe, and bring awareness to the inner and outer connections of all systems you are part of. Connect with Mother Earth and experience how consciously partnering with nature can nourish you personally and professionally.

Month two: Feel

Our focus in month 2 is on compassionately leaning into our hearts and the emotional toll of impact work. Gain a deeper understanding of the positive and negative climate emotions that are well-known companions for impact professionals. Grow your emotional literacy and start creating a versatile toolkit to navigate climate anxiety personally and within your organisation with confidence.

Session 1: Flourishing Together with Earth

Learn about systemic wellbeing, meaning in life and their connection with the wider ecosystem. Apply strategies to nourish yourself in your work, and others in your organisation.

Session 2: Chart Your Path to Become a Good Ancestor

Experience a guided visualisation and envision your path as a changemaker with nature as your guide and a source of confidence and perspective.

Session 3: Befriend Your Climate Emotions

Gain a deep understanding of the vast spectrum of emotional responses to the climate crisis and build a toolkit to effectively navigate overwhelm, burnout, and disillusion.

Session 4: Opening Your Heart

Allow yourself to flow in a guided loving-kindness-meditation, proven to build resilience, cultivate positive emotions and improve self-compassion. A nourishing space to connect to your heart.

Month three: Build

This month we enter the building stage of our journey, experimenting with strategies that build resilience and help you navigate the ecological transition by being courageous and optimistic. Experience the restorative power of Earth, by connecting with nature through your mind and body. Build a surprise model with natural resources that will enhance your creativity.

Month four: Grow

Synthesise and apply your learning intentionally by creating a holistic plan for action as an individual and an active changemaker within your systems and communities. Grow your positive influence and impact at work and beyond, by harnessing effective strategies to communicate and create community across your spheres of influence.

Session 5: Building Resilience & Adaptability

Take a deep dive into the difference between change and transition. Learn how adaptation and resilience can help you navigate the ecological transition. Build empowering strategies into your impact role as well as your personal life.

Session 6: Connecting with Earth’s Wisdom

Often a transformative session, you will experiment with connecting to the wisdom of Earth by activating the body-hand connection through natural objects, deepening our connection to nature.

Session 7: Working with New Eyes

Explore how your spheres of influence connect with motivation, communication and community – the three essential elements to working in climate without burning out. Bring new perspectives into your work to counteract loneliness by finding your confident voice.
